Price was a lot better than other places I checked out. They made the process easy. They were fast and did a great job.

I give Long Beach Collision Center a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. I brought in my 2018 Acura ILX for a damaged front bumper, and it came out looking good as new in a timely manner. From start to finish, the service was truly immaculate. Francisco and the team were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Since this was my first time going through an insurance claim, I really appreciated Luis taking the time to guide me through the entire process. He carefully reviewed the insurance estimate with me, explained the pricing, and even worked directly with the insurance company—which made a huge difference. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. The turnaround time was great, and the quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Long Beach Collision Center without a doubt.

Nobody likes accidents and dealing with the repairs. I could not be better served than from Francisco and his team at LB Collision Center! They went out of their way to honestly help me!! Very professional, very fast service too. Price? The final price was lower than the estimated price! When does that happen??? The damage was a bit worse than I expected, the frame needed adjustment too since I was hit on the LF corner of my car. Absolutely 5 Stars for this company, they really deserve it. Trustworthy advice, very helpful, going out of their way. And very friendly too! I highly recommend this company!

This place is the best one I found in this whole area, I was afraid to take my car to a paint shop and they wouldn't do a good job. First And more important to me ; Frank listens and pays attention When you explain, they did a good job on my car Thank You. 10/11/2021 update. If I could, I would give you another 5 stars, I returned for a small detail in my car and Frank fixed it free of charge, By the way, he also gave me a rental car while he fixed mine, No charge!. I am very happy to know that the warranty is valid as long as you are the owner of the car. I recommend this place. Thank you

Francisco and his team are amazing! They are really professional and helpful, and honest people. Awesome job for repairing the scratch on my car! Thank you is not really enough to express how happy I am :) I would highly recommend coming to this place. Updated: I took my car in for scratch repairs at the shop, and it was great to see their work again after returning here after about four years. The pricing is reasonable, and Francisco, the owner, along with the entire team, is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place!
